Freight & Shipping

  • Ground orders of $750.00 or more qualify for free freight.
  • Air orders of $750.00 or more (excluding handguns) also receive free freight.
  • Orders under $750.00 will incur the following freight charges:
    • $15.00 for ground freight.
    • $18.50 for handguns shipped via Air.

Note: Bulky, extra heavy, ball, and target ammo do not qualify for free shipping when these items comprise the majority of the order. Contact your sales representative for details

Minimum Orders:

• A $8.50 service charge applies to all orders below $50.00.

Credit Cards:

• Credit card payments are accepted but will incur a 2.4% fee based on the total invoice amount. We do not accept business or personal checks.

Pick Ups

• Scheduled pick-up times are available. Please arrange with your Sales Representative.

Returned Merchandise

  • Defective merchandise from the manufacturer or damaged by the carrier should be returned directly to the manufacturer.
  • For merchandise damaged during shipment, contact your salesperson to handle the claim with the carrier.
  • We accept returns for merchandise shipped incorrectly (our mistake) or damaged on our truck. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise.
  • Returned merchandise due to customer error is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date. Contact us for a return authorization number.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Pricing levels are determined based on account volume and product mix.
  • Contact your salesperson for pricing information specific to your account.

1. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within the 50 U.S. States only.
  • Shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.

2. FFL Holder Requirement

  • All firearm orders must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

3. Local Shipping (Central Florida region)

• Most local orders ship within 3-5 business days once the order is complete (excluding weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances). An order is considered complete upon receipt of the FFL license number for firearm orders. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order ships.

4. Non-Local Shipping

For non-local orders, most shipments are processed within 5-7 business days once the order is complete (excluding weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances). An order is considered complete upon receipt of the FFL license number for firearm orders. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order ships.

5. Shipping Procedures

• We do not hold orders or delay shipping based on custom time requests. All firearms must ship to an FFL dealer for a background check as per State and Federal laws.

6. FFL Verification Process

• It is your responsibility to find an FFL holder near you to receive the shipment. Provide their FFL number and address to your sales representative for validation and shipping processing.

7. Delivery and Signature Requirements

• Adult Signature is required for all ammo and firearm orders. Ensure someone is available to sign for the order upon delivery. Shipments cannot be rerouted once they have been shipped.

8. Additional Shipping Policies

• Due to a high volume of orders, we do not combine shipping for separate orders. We do not offer a money-back guaranteed delivery time service for FedEx or USPS deliveries.
